What happens if you kill zaleskar.
Zaleskar kill or not. Zaleskar is the undead merchant on the bridge just outside fort joy. If you kill the dragon you get the fang of the white dragon which is a nice 1h sword. However once killed he drops the withered heart which can be consumed to advance the storyline.
I confirm that killing zaleskar and having sebille eat his heart leads to nothing. She just asks him for some info. I learnt that in my second playthrough.
Zaleskar makes a mockery of the entire first act with his locked selection of legendary gear. I doubt killing him would help. I had the same problem with sebille and with that exact same group oddly enough on my first aborted attempt at the game she was all bring me or kill me and i killed her.
That person is a seer named saheila which you can choose to kill or not and she is located in the caverns directly south of fort joy. This brings me to my questions. After that you can report to him using the mirror he gave you alone.

I killed him at lvl 5 pretty easy too. If you kill him you get an undead heart. I got some pretty good stuff off of him.
Youre thinking of the wrong person. Zaleskar wont speak with you unless you are alone you can let your party members wait outside his sight. Having said that he is level 8 so you should probably delay attacking him until the very end of act 1 maybe even after the final boss fight.
So i am level 5 i have 3 clear paths out of the fort i have completed the survey dog quest and every other quest that does not result in a major death especially afraid of getting vendors killed by quest i still need to kill kniles and the head of the order but beyond that seems to be housekeeping. Speak with him again after sebilles conversation and youll gain more info on a variety of quests if playing as sebille zaleskar will require a very difficult speech check which is near impossible to succeed without several points in persuasion. Some text about the covenant is brought up but nothing brings back or updates the characters quest.
I got a good crossbow before i did that from him and then i killed him because i failed to pass a persuasion check as sebile. Both his 2 handed axe and staff in an overused phrase break the game. Ive never killed zaleskar as sebille actually doesnt kill him.
